
My workplace set a World Record by cracking over 270 wheels of Parmigiano-Reggiano last Sunday. People Cheered, the tasted Reggiano from the heart of the 40 kilo wheel. Ahhh the King of cheese, everyone should have a big wedge of Reggiano in their home. Don't buy it shaved, or grated, but buy a big hunk and shave it directly onto your food.
